A furious Darmstadt ultra could not hold it as Darmstadt stumbles to their heaviest Bundesliga defeat to Augsburg at home, LCSoccerHub Reports.
It was a rout at the Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor as Augsburg ran riot on the relegation battlers in Bundesliga matchday 24 clash.
In what turned out to be the biggest Bundesliga win at half-time, Augsburg were five goals up at the break. Tiez opened the scoring for the away side just two minutes into the game.
10 minutes later, Jensen added to the tally to make it 2-0 before Demirovic registered his name on the scoresheet to make it 3-0 in the 20th minute.
Five minutes after Demirovic’s goal, Vargas scored in the 25th minute to make it 4-0.
A minute before the half-hour, Demirovic scored again to bag his brace and make it 5-0.
It was a rout as Darmstadt collapsed like of pack of cards before Augsburg’s firing arsenal.
In the second half, Tiez scored again to bag his brace and extend the score margin to an outrageous 6-0 after the final whistle.
After the match, a furious Darmstadt ultra could be seen storming into the pitch and confronting the players and officials for an underwhelming performance.
Dressed in black and donning a baseball cap, the fan could be seen sternly venting his displeasure on the performance of the players.
Speaking for over a minute, he yelled and remonstrated as he voiced out his concerns.
All Darmstadt players and officials stood and listened as the fan took them through their embarrassing performance.
After ranting, he boisterously walked off the pitch to the applause of other Darmstadt fans.
