His estimated annual salary range is pecked at €15m to €20m with a signing-on bonus of €50m.
Mbappe, 25, will leave PSG at the end of the season, having told the club of his decision to leave officially.
Reports were linking him to a move to the Premier League with Liverpool and Arsenal also on the radar. Cadena SER reported Manchester City were also interested in a move for the player.
Despite interests by rival European outfits, Real Madrid were still touted as favorites to sign the highly-rated forward having been on his trail since 2022.
There were initial hiccups between Real Madrid and Kylian Mbappe after reports emerged the club have issued him an ultimatum to reach a pre-contract agreement or they will back out of the move.
Mbappe issued an official statement debunking reports he has made a decision on his future and added he would not be forced to make a decision on his next destination as he is still focused on his PSG career.
Despite his public statement denouncing rumors of an agreement with any club, insiders reveal he is ready to leave PSG at the end of the season.
On Thursday, February 15, it was public knowledge that he had communicated his exit decision to PSG officially with Real Madrid on hand to welcome him to Santiago Bernabeu.
It is understood, the LaLiga and European giants are offering him a significantly smaller wage than they did in 2022. But Mbappe, who is no longer moved by financial incentives, has reportedly agreed to the offer.
Ending his six-year storied spell with PSG, the French football talisman will be hoping for a heroic career chapter with the Los Blancos.
