Marcus Rashford came under heavy media backlash after missing Manchester United training session on Friday, January 26.
The embattled forward was spotted chilling with pals and close friends in a nightclub in Belfast England.
In a buzzing viral social media footage, Rashford was spotted trying to take his step down the pub after wild moments.
He was also seen lapping a lady at the facility while brandishing his signature goal celebration – pointing to his temple.
After a heady time in the Belfast nightclub, Rashford feigned illness and did not report to Manchester United training the next day.
In United’s official squad update before the FA clash against Newport County, Rashford was ‘unavailable due to illness’ and was ‘spending time away from his teammates pending full recovery.’
While United reported Rashford’s omission from Newport County matchday squad as an avoidable sequence of his purported ill-health, the footage of the player partying hard in Belfast pointed to the contrary.
From the foregoing, Rashford had apparently breached United’s code of conduct, keeping late night, and failing to report from training.
Commenting on the incident, Man United manager Erik ten Hag refused to answer queries on the matter saying it is an internal issue that will be handled by the club.

”Marcus has taken responsibility for his actions. This has been dealt with as internal disciplinary matter which is now closed.”
