Konstantin Koltsov enjoyed a full-blown and whole hockey career before his untimely passing. The late hockey star began his career effectively in 1999 and recorded a stellar career run for 18 years.
He was drafted into the Pittsburgh Penguin in 1999 as the 18th overall starlet with promising traits fit for the stick and balls soccer.
After being drafted into the Pittsburgh Penguin team, Konstantin played for three seasons for the club, making 144 appearances.

He was known for his versatility and resourcefulness for the team, combining great defending and attacking skills. While he didn’t make much mark with the Pittsburgh Penguin, the Belarusian hockey star saw his hockey career take a great leap after he joined Salavat Yulaev Ufa, playing in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
He won the 2008 Russian SuperLeague and the 2011 Gagarin Cup with Salavat Yulaev Ufa. In 2018, Konstantin finally retired from hockey after a heroic career.
