An expert lip reader Jeremy Freeman has revealed what Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham said to Man United loanee to Getafe Mason Greenwood in the La Liga match between Real Madrid and Getafe.
The two English footballers went head-to-head for the first time in a La Liga match since they completed moves to La Liga clubs.
Bellingham joined Real Madrid as one of the most expensive player in the world last summer and has been phenomenal for the La Liga giants.
Mason Greenwood was loaned to Getafe by Man United after the club completed internal investigations into allegations of sexual assault and declared him innocent.
The pair locked horns during Real Madrid’s 2-0 win over Getafe in the Madrid Derby and it was more of a heated clash as both dropped hints of sportmaship for a fallout following a brutal tackle by Jude Bellingham.
Having the ball close to the halfway line, Mason Greenwood came one-on-one with Jude Bellingham and nearly dribbled pass the Real Madrid star before the latter launched a wild tackle on him nearly axing him down. The ball then went out of play but Greenwood went furious with the tackle.
Reacting to the outburst by Greenwood, Jude Bellingham apparently mouthed invectives on the Man United loanee.
A viral footage shows the former Borussia Dortmund player apparently hurling abuses on Greenwood.

After the match, Getafe reported the incident to La Liga for investigations with reports Bellingham was allegedly calling Greenwood a ‘rapist.’
La Liga issued a statement after Getafe’s compliant confirming their decision to investigate the matter with a plan to employ a lip reader to decipher what Jude Bellingham actually said.
Now, Jeremy Freeman, an expert lip reader has disclosed in an interview with Daily Mail what Jude Bellingham actually said to Mason Greenwood during the La Liga match.
Freeman said he is ‘97% sure’ Jude Bellingham had called Mason Greenwood a rapist.
After carefully analysing the clip, I am 97 per cent confident that the spoken word is “rapist”, particularly when considering the context in which it was used.
‘The visual cues of the lips indicate the presence of the ‘R’ and ‘P’ sounds, and the word appears to end sharply.
‘Additionally, the speaker seems to have a pronounced Brummie accent, which I factored into my interpretation,’ Freeman added.
‘Given the clarity of these visual markers and the absence of any viable alternative interpretation, I am quite certain of this conclusion.’
According to Spanish outlets, Jude Bellingham could face a lengthy ban if found guilty from the investigations. However, proving the case will apparently be difficult as there is no clear audio evidence that the Los Blancos starlet actually mouthed invectives on Mason Greenwood.
