Arsenal star Bukayo Saka has withdrawn from the England squad as a precaution due to injury, LCSoccerHub Reports.
The prolific winger, who has cemented his place in Gareth Southgate’s squad, was called up in England’s 25-man squad for March international break.
Saka reportedly took part in England’s first training session ahead of their double-header friendlies against Brazil and Belgium on March 23 and 26, respectively.
He missed the second training session due to a slight injury and had to withdraw from the squad to prevent aggravation of the problem
England’s statement confirmed the withdrawal of Bukayo Saka, stating that the player was unable to partake in training sessions.

The statement also added no replacement will be called to replace the injured winger.
“Bukayo Saka has left the England camp and returned to his club for continued rehabilitation,” an England statement read on Thursday.
“The Arsenal forward reported to St. George’s Park with an injury and has been unable to participate in training.
“No further replacements are planned as a 25-man England squad continue their preparation for the forthcoming internationals with Brazil and Belgium.”
Despite the exit of Saka, England still has 25 squad members for the international break. This is due to the surprise call-up of Kobbie Mainoo to the team after Southgate had named his 25-man squad.
Meanwhile, Bukayo Saka, who played the full 90 minutes in Arsenal’s final game before the international break, will be back with the Gunners throughout the international break for rehabilitation.
He will hope to recover in time to feature in Arsenal’s first game after the international break – a trip to third-placed Manchester City on Sunday, March 31.
